Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! Had been let down by another online company who wanted 3 weeks lead time to deliver - from order to availability in store with MyTub was around 30 minutes!!
Very helpful lady on the phone (Christine) made sure of stock availability and advised of a store in driving distance which had the stock for colection the same morning rather than waiting the modest 1-2 day delivery!!
VERY IMPRESSED, will be using again soon for my plumbing business, especially with these prices!!

Delivered item in bubble wrap in plastic bag, delivery driver opened bag so i could inspect items2 aerator tubes ok because these are quite fragile.but no problems,good coms del on time, items as ordered.

I cannot fault the My Tub service and would recommend it to anyone. This is my second order and I was pleased with the way a slight hiccup was dealt with in regard to non-delivery at the confirmed date due to sickness at the delivery company. On querying the non-delivery through your portal, the issue was promptly pursued and a revised date given.
I feel perhaps the wording in the online catalogue could be a little clearer in regard to alternative andor compatible products e.g in regard to my last order Alcona toilet suite under AR1145, under notes you have AR1148 alternative with horizontal as opposed to bottom outlet , AR2342 compatible cistern, AR7815 compatible seat. That said, I did manage to order exactly what I wanted.

Thank you I received my order Monday 31 October as notified.
I hope thiis lasts longer than the original bracket which broke a week out of guarantee. I think there must have been a fault and the chrome must have covered up the fault in the casting.
