Thanks. That sums it up really. Great product, great price, great customer service, kept me informed at all times. Quick delivery with no issues. Told when the delivery would be, called beforehand spot on.
Trust them they know what they are doing.

Excellent customer service, good prices and fairly quick. However out of the three towel rails I ordered one was scratched and another leaked. Exchanging was not a problem but obviously we had to pay a plumber to come out again.

Extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone, then purchase received less that 24hrs after placing order. All at the cheapest price I could find on the net! Can it get any better

Order took a couple of weeks to get, but it arrived on the original estimated delivery date as promised. Considering that these parts are no longer manufactured this was incredible, communication was excellent.
So I have no complaints and would certainly use more often
