|Well handled purchase and delivered when they said , would buy from them again.
|Very pleased with the product, service and delivery. My order was completed and delivered as stated. Ordering from the web site was easy and when I emailed for further information I received quick and accurate reply.
|Good value and many thanks for having the parts which were realtively hard to find. Only issue were the unexpected delays of several weeks - a better estimate of delivery timeframes should be mentioned prior to the order, not via several emails each detailing further delays. The reasons were not expalined either.
|I was very pleased with the friendly and helpful response from your team when I needed to check precise delivery time. A very personal service! This was a welcome surprise as I chose to buy from you on price and I didnt expect to get such great service too. Thanks!

|Great service and kept well informed of the status of my order.
The only website I could find that sold the parts I needed and probably saved me over £300 in service engineer call out charges.
Found my tub by googling the part number I was after.
Great website, great service, definitely would recommend to others.

|The purchase process was easy and delivery was quick so I would definitely order from my MyTub again.
The product I ordered is a Dudley Tri Shell cistern. The cistern itself is good and strong so perfect for the install I had in mind.
A couple of issues I have found with the product. The Dudley flush valve sits nicely in the middle of the cistern. The inlet valve and ball cock arm foul on the side of the flush valve as the inlet position on the cistern is more central and the ball cock arm is straight. It should be cranked a little to avoid this problem. I have managed to get it to work although the ballcock arm remains in contact with the side of the flush valve body during flushing and filling so not perfect by any means.
For the flush valve outlet - the main threaded fastener
