Very quick reponse, item delivered promptly. Very good service.
Only issue is the soft close is very, very slow to close. I have one other of these fitted to the main bathroom and that works OK. Cannot see how this can be adjusted.

An excellent service.
Many thanks to Sam and Steve for their help in correcting my mistake in ordering the incorrect toilet seats, and then arranging timely delivery of the correct items.
As a result, MyTub will definitely be my first port of call for plumbing supplies in the future.

In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service.

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. A long delay in getting the delivery, and when opened the drain cover was damaged, looked like it had been dropped and a corner cracked, overall not fantastically impressed!

Order arrived in good order and E-Mail communications were good throughout. The courier was conscienscious and contected me before delivery. Only slight complaint would be that it took over a week from order to delivery.
