Ordered a Roca bath & legset using the website which was very easy to use. Received lots of email confirmation and delivery information which was excellent. Used the on-line chat to see if we could arrange an afternoon delivery which was immediatly responded too by Debs and delivery was arranged as requested all very promptly. Materials ordered were delivered by local suppliers. However it took a week to arrive. Ordered other materials at the same time from another plumbing supplier, which arrived the next day. So materials ok but delivery poor. Would I use again, yes.
