In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. I just wish I had more business for them . . .

Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

Hello
I have spoken with the delivering branch and these are indeed genuine Roca products.
You are very welcome to return them for a full refund.
I will be calling Roca today to give them your feedback and ask their comments.

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.

Excellent service. Received bendy rail and I am just about to install it. It bends very easily to the required shape and I am very pleased with it.
