I will be completely honest ,i found the ordering and the delivery prety good ,but i found that the communication i received from a lady called christine was brilliant ,the item i ordered was not in stock when it should have been ,and i received messages, informing me of what was going on and when to expect my delivery.
all other companies i usually deal with leave you guessing when your delivery is due .to me communication is everything,how con you plan something when you have no idea where your parts are . ...david shorter

Great service and prices, but would welcome the option of a fast delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, they will get any parcel most places in the UK, including Aberdeen before 12 noon the next day. The lack of this service meant I had to go to someone else for the electrodes I would otherwise have bought from yourselves. ...Evelyn Tait

The courier has tried to deliver my parcel twice but despite me putting a message on the order, which you acknowledged the courier wont leave the parcel so I am still waiting!
If I was honest the whole shopping experience with mytub has been a bit of a disappointment. I was told the item was in stock yet you gave an estimated delivery date of 10 days later. However you did change this to the 1212 after I emailed you which was good of you. But now I am now in the position of having to stay in all day Monday waiting for the courier to deliver despite you noting my message that the parcel could be left. ...Ian Tate
