I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Order was delivered to a neighbour. When I received it it was sans any packaging other than being in an opened plastic bag, but appears to be complete 5 individual items with the delivery note separate.
