Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. The item took a while to arrive but was not going to mainland UK so probably explains it and I wasnt in a hurry for it anyway. Kept me informed every step of the way. Well, had there not been a small hiccup I would not have discovered how helpful are your Customer Service staff [Jeanette, Rachel & Christine]. They kept in touch so I had no anxiety about what was happening and they managed to get me an equivalant item at a better price, delivered promptly. I cant comment on the quality of the new Taps - they have yet to be fitted.
