Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. Anyhow what I mentioned that u put 3 small packages in 1 much bigger cartoon what increased shipping charge at least twice. And apart of that 3 packages were very loosely in that cartoon and they shook much there.
