I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers.
It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
I would like to say that your service has been way beyond what I had expected and that you have gone out of your way to be extremely helpful.

I picked up my goods from Plumb&Parts at Unit 29 & 30 Anniesland Village Business Park Glasgow G13 1AY as directed. This was all very efficient thank you but unfortunately the coal matrix was damaged and a new one had to be ordered. I am awaiting this part. The service so far has been very satisfactory and the part should arrive within the next day or so.
