Unfortunately initially the wrong size coals were delivered for my gas fire.However once I had notified My Tub they were very helpful and efficient.Most impressed with how quickly Stephen responded to my emails.

A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Good experience and very good personal service from Rachel re delivery date which was given as 12th and she has managed it for 8th, however many sites offer next day delivery and I would probably in future shop elsewhere as the wait is quite long and we need product now.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Delivery was later and was delivered to the wrong address despite our address details being all over the paperwork and parcel.

Sorry for the slow reply, due to family crisis I had not been able to check emails, when I did, found goods had been sent to local depot,as they were to fragile to post. I got somebody else to pick them up for me, but I was very happy with the service I got.
