I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Great product! Had a minor issue with delivery as the product was out of stock but te customer service team were in contact very quickly over the websites service. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service, easy to use website and very fast delivery. The product I bought was supplied by the Plumb Centre who could not help me - I got all the help I needed from My Tub and it was cheaper! Many thanks.

The price and service i received from MyTub was mostly very acceptable, the only concern was knowing a definite delivery date sooner and perhaps a slightly quicker delivery would have been good.

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. Customer service is all about managing expectation and your have performed admirably. Surely you are best in class.

I am happy with the product, but when it was first delivered the delivery company put a card through the door to say they tried to deliver the parcel, I did ask that if nobody was in then please leave in the garage, this was not put on the parcel, I went and picked it up to make sure the we did receive it.
