The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made!
To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought!
2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third.
After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September. Just to add insult to injury, The missing item was delivered at 11:20am and it was only by chance I arrived as the van was about to leave.
To sum up, my straightforward order took a stack of e mails, a lot of time arranging various people to wait in to receive it and eventually a bit of luck to complete it!

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. Can not Remember when i placed my order, but i would guess about a month ago. Kept getting e mails saying That the order had a confirmed date of delivery and then getting an e mail the next day saying order hadnt arrived yet and that it was being chased up, day after day of this went by until eventually it arrived.
I appreciate that it seemed that you were having problems sourcing the item, but it just went on too long.

They supplied me with difficult to find obsolete tap cartridges at an acceptable price. So I can keep my old taps that are still in excellent shape. Delivery was very quick. Thanks MyTub.

Top marks for customer support. New bath arrived with a couple of scuff marks on it. Contacted MyTub - staff were very helpful and the marked tub was picked up later that same day. New tub arrived in perfect condition a few days later. Nice bath and excellent service. Thanks.

My order was fulfilled on the date originally advised. But of course when I placed the order I didnt expect to have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive. I think I should have been warned beforehand about the probable delay. One thing I must comment on though is the excellent system of communication after the order was placed.
