Very quick delivery once notified that the item had been sent. Seals exactly as described, easy to cut to size and fit perfectly. The only drawback was the wait between placing the order and it being despatched.

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. The prices were very competitive,and although the order was delivered correctly on the day promised, it was well over three weeks after the order was placed. This is very unusual in this day and age, and there was no indication before I placed the order that delivery times might be that long. I will make sure I enquire about delivery times BEFORE I place an order in future - had I known, I would probably have looked elsewhere to see if there qwas a supplier who could deliver more quickly - even if it cost a little more.
