I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. MyTubs service was exceptional! The gentleman went out of his way to help me with my rather obscure request. In fact, he took it on as a personal quest, going off to investigate, calling me back and showing a genuine interest in solving my problem. My only negative comment would be that the website or the part that I was searching could do with more photographs.

Hi my tub. Goods in good condition , fairly easy to find on the Web site, only complaint is the delivery time scale. Waited over 2-3 weeks for delivery of radiator covers.

good service, quick to reply to messages, only suggestion is that the boxes are clearly labelled for the attention of a person and not a company and therefore not getting misplaced
