On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. The loo seat arrived on time and has been wrapped as a Christmas present !. As the contents wont be properly checked till Christmas Day I hope that in the unlikely event there is a problem, therell be no problem with your terms and conditions, which I confess to not having read properly.
