I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. Hi guys - the part arrived in good order, but the packaging could have been better. It arrived in a card-board box with the part placed in the bottom and the padding piled on top. It would have been better to put some padding into the box first - then the part - then the padding to sandwich it between the padding. However it seems to have arrived in good condition.

Bit of a delay - 1st because out of stock, then something went wrong with the delivery order. But they kept me advised and and,when it did arrive, all ok and at good price with free delivery on order over £25.

I had been searching for ages for a thermostat for our boiler, but it seems our boiler is so old that there are no thermostats available that fit our model anymore. Almost about to give up, I contacted mytub. Laurie was super helpful, and found two separate parts we could purchase, and put together to fit our boiler model. The parts arrived last week, and now we finally have a working thermostat on our boiler :-. Laurie was really really helpful-thank you!
