I have no problem, and have done so, in recommending mytub to friends and colleagues. The item arrived as advised, I fitted it, we now have heating.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. We had excellent service from My Tub. From placing the order to the delivery of the bidet everything went as planned.

Hi there.
The first thing that went wrong was that the delivery date was shown to be very quick (which is why you got the order) - it was only when i had actually ordered the item that you subsequently informed me of the true delivery date, which was too far ahead to be of any use to us as we needed the toilet fixed before New Year's Eve as it was my birthday and we were having a party.
However luckily i rang and spoke to Laurie who was extremely polite and helpful and he took the trouble to check with the supplier for me if the item was in stock (which it was) and then arranged for the item to be delivered very very quickly. He deserves a medal as we were then able to fix the problem. He also took the trouble to wish me a happy birthday, which was above and beyond the call of duty.

Three weeks is a long time to wait, however communication was excellent helpful and responsive. We are happy with the product.

Great service & communication, the item was delivered Saturday as arranged. Only slight criticism was that it would have been nice to have known you were having a two week shutdown over Xmas when I made the order, there was no mention of it on the order page. Otherwise very happy.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received. The order process differed from that advertised on the website but I was kept informed all the way and given the option to cancel the order and look elsewhere.
