Excellent personal service with regular communication.
Really impressed by the trouble the team went to for my small order.

Thank you for your great service, there was an issue with obtaining the item but you kept me informed. The item was eventually delivered earlier than expected.
Thank you once again.

My toilet seat arrived this morning having only ordered it yesterday. It is already in situ which is a relief with guests staying this weekend. A superb service. Many thanks. We will certainly recommend you to friends.

Thank you, I have now recieved the complete order, I was relieved that you did a price match after not confirming that your package was not originally complete, even after I specifically asked whether the condenser was included !
Both deliveries came before the delivery date causing my sick wife to get out of bed to let the delivery man dump the parcels just inside the door, she would not have been able to move them if there had been a fire.

A competitive price and good service. I experienced a delay in delivery as, apparently, the goods werent in stock when I placed the order.

I used your check stock feature which varied you had my sink in stock before I placed an order. This gave me confidence that I wasnt going to be left waiting once Id placed the order.
Once the order was placed the communication on my delivery was very good and my purchase arrived promptly.
Price and service are first rate.
