Very professional service and fast delivery, although I missed the first one. Item was very securely packed. The price was unbeatable online. Thank you.

Everything went well, even though the part had to be left without a signature.

Brilliant communication throughout. We got a message after ordering and paying that the item was no longer stocked but that they had sourced it from the manufacturer and would be able to fulfil the order. We then were updated re dispatch and delivery. First class!

Quite surprised when plumb centre delivered the goods as I had already been there to source parts and I have an account with them. Nevertheless good service parts were delivered early and fitted same day.

Good communications both for estimating delivery time and once order placed. Delivery estimate was 2-3 days from order and the products ordered arrived 2 days after delivery. When I had a query it was answered very quickly. Would happily use MyTub again.
