Hi let me say that My Tub and a first class service. My fire part which I ordered was no longer available. My Tub e-mail as they had found a replacement part. I phoned the customer service to have the replacement part this part was actually cheaper than the original one. I got the part the next day plus a refund of the difference in price Thanks again My Tub

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Dear Sir, Free Delivery etc - I think you should indicate on your website what sort of delivery timescale one should expect - when I placed an order with you last night I certainly didnt expect to be told this morning that delivery would be 7 November 2011 ie more than 2 weeks to wait Yours faithfully David Fallon
