The company representative who took my initial enquiry was very competent, quick to grasp what I wanted, he suggested options for me to consider, then rang me back within an hour to provide me with a detailed quotation inclusive of delivery. A first class service
my order was delivered within 24 hrs of my submission to My Tub
Item was as requested and in good condition- (in fact fitted and functioning !)
Friendly and cheerful delivery person from Bath! 2 miles distant
What more could I ask!
If only the original item(s) sent direct fromTwyfords had been correct and fit for purpose - however that was a very very long and involved stressful "cock up!"- for which I received no apology or feedback
