Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. The order took a couple of days longer than anticipated because of delay from My Tubs supplier, but My Tub kept me informed of the status every day and the day they took delivery of it they had it delivered to us within a couple of hours. So 10 out of 10 for communications.
