We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. The product was exactly what I wanted however, the delivery was not. Despite e-mailing to say "NO" to leaving the item at a neighbour, another to arrange delivery on a Friday we had a trial deliver on the Wednesday before and then to cap it all an eventual delivery on the day before we had arranged - BUT LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOUR!!
