Deborah , in the office was excellent and very responsive to the delivery failure. You were let down by your supplier , however it would not put me off using you again . Good Customer service overall. thanks

Took some time to get the product but this turned out not to be the fault of My Tub. This item is now out of manufacture but they still managed to find one so well done My Tub. Once it was located and in stock they gave me a delivery date and kept to it.
No complaints on any level of system, product or service.
