Feedback
Excellent service. Part took a bit of time to come from the manufacturer and we had several updates so we in turn could keep our customer informed all the way.
...Robert McNamara
All communication was good plenty of emails confirming delivery up dates, product was correct and arrived in sound condition. Regards Steve
...SILEX LTD
All fine really, apart from a pretty slow delivery service. 6 days to deliver within the UK is I bit excessive, as Ive had things shipped from Napal in less time.
...Paul Regan
Once again the goods, when they arrived, were as expected but delivery dates slipped a lot from the original date at payment. I was kept informed of the situation and, luckily, I was not desperate for the goods to arrive. It may have been the particular items that I ordered that caused the delay.
...Ray Le Goubin
received without a problem and thanks for prompt service.
...Brian Behrman
Service was good and I was kept informed of delivery updates.
...Mr. David Duke -
Very impressed. First time Ive used My Tub but no complaints. Have been kept up to date with the delivery date and, although later than originally expected, arrived as per advised and in perfect condition.
...Mrs Jean Cox
Received as ordered with thanks. Regards Peter.
...Peter French

...Angela Foister
Very efficient service. Would recommend you 100%.
