Feedback
It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. A couple of glitches but nothing that would prevent me dealing with your company again. Thanks.

Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. Top rate service and keen prices will mean me looking here first for future product requirements. Although it needed a little searching to find what I wanted on the web site, if you know what you want, you can probably find it here.

Despite having a glitch on the order on the day of delivery, which was soon sorted out, dealing with your site was very favourable. I was kept informed and updated every step of the way. Well done and I will certainly be back again. Thank you P D Allum
...Peter D Allum
Easy to use website, kept informed about delivery date, arrived perfectly, well packaged. Cannot fault MyTub. 1010
...Mr John Scott - Best Western Pinewood On Wilmslow Hotel
Thank you for your tireless and patient work in tracking down a discontinued item which I was pleased to receive from the excellent courier service
...Paul John Manley
Your service was very good and friendly, my only problem was finding you in the first place! The Johnson Controls network was almost impossible to work through as I did not know the part numbers of the replacement parts for my old Penn range items. Also the name "Mytub" did not at first register in my mind as a supplier of JC parts. However, having found you I shall be pleased to use your company for my future needs!
...Charles H Mitchell
Helpful people at mytub but good service was ruined by poor delivery service - took weeks to get all the items delivered!
...Duncan Alexander
Excellent service, very impressed. Kept Informed all along the way, cant fault it.
...ANTONY MELBOURNE
First class service from Laurie online chat help who sourced the product I wanted quickly and efficiently. It arrived within a few days. It was exactly as described and excellent quality. Many thanks, Laurie.
