Feedback
Hi there , Sorry for the delay, goods turned up on time, hav nt fitted them yet! Your service was top drawer . Thank you so much . VM
...Vincent Manahan
Kept up to date with progress of order throughout and very competitive price plus great service.
...Richard Forder
Had problems initially trying to determine the exact technical spec for the products being supplied and matching that with our requirements/expectations from the product. We had to do the 'leg work' to find the specification of the products you were supplying as you were unable to provide this information/concur with the information we eventually found on the product. All other aspects ordering, delivery etc was excellent.

Quick sevice with reasonable prices.

Excellent service, delivered on time with communication answered immediately. Checked around the product elsewhere, only MyTub has what I needed. Website and communication portal easy to use and understand. Definitely coming back :
...Benjamin Kirk
Excellent, good communication, received in good time & the item is as per the order. Thanks.
...David Cook
Barring some slight confusion over a late item which turned out to be delivered on time ! my experience was very positive. Everything arrived when I needed it in the end, and the prices were very reasonable. My one criticism is that some of the pictures on the website are misleading, as they either show the wrong item or additional items which are not in fact included.
...Dr Alexander Morrison
excellent service, very clear information updated via email for delivery time. Arrived early A.M. which suited me very well. product ordered came well packaged and was correct. I found the website easy to use on the PC and had no problems locating my order. cheers keep up the good work
...Robert Wooff
Thank you for your service. Unfortunately I misunderstood the web page and placed the order for what I assumed was a concealed cistern complete with lever, when it was for the lever only. I now wish to return same. The delay since receiving the item is due to me being abroad for the last week. The box has remained unopened. I look forward to your reply. Ken Smith
