Thank you for my delivery which I received on time as your emails indicated. I was most impressed with all your communications to keep me well informed at all times. Your website was easy to follow and order through. I will have no problem in recommending you to all my colleagues. Regards, Dennis Vercoe.

I found the whole experience of ordering form you very efficient. The order confirmation, updates and delivery were all sufficiently detailed and prompt. Packaging was adequate and the delivery operative polite and well presented.
...Mark Reid
Smooth ordering process. Items despatched and delivered to me as planned. The goods were well packaged and arrived safe and sound. My gas engineer will be able to give a more balanced view when he arrives to service my fire but I cannot see any issues.
...Brian Coupe
Received with thanks

Excellent service, item quickly dispatched. Website needs to updated to show quantity in pack is actually 4 rather than 1.
...Paul Gibson
Had this site recommended to me, one of the best recommendations ever made to me on the web, easy to use site and fast reliable delivery, not to mention great prices on parts. Thanks.
...Graham Tryner
While Id consider buying off you again, I was disappointed that the order price quoted was not the final price charged due to what I considered rather high shipping costs. It also took some time from placing the initial order to actually getting it. The part could probably have been sent by standard royal mail for a fraction of the cost and I would have received it just as quickly. My only advice to improve your online business would be to investigate mail and shipping options in an effort to reduce costs to the purchaser. Just ringing a courier is never going to be the most cost effective method. Your customer service was good and the ladies were very pleasant and responsive.
