Feedback
I have no complaints whatsoever. My request was dealt with promptly and efficiently without any trouble. Thank you.
...John Carnall
A first class service my order was delivered within 24 hrs of my submission to My Tub Item was as requested and in good condition- (in fact fitted and functioning !) Friendly and cheerful delivery person from Bath! 2 miles distant What more could I ask! If only the original item(s) sent direct fromTwyfords had been correct and fit for purpose - however that was a very very long and involved stressful "cock up!"- for which I received no apology or feedback A Nash

Excellent turnaround time - ordered Monday night, received Wednesday morning. Plenty of communication about delivery ETA. Delivered on time. And the product prices were far better than anywhere else I could find on the internet. Many thanks.

Delivery was very slow I order the shower screen on the 290611 and it was ready for me to pick up on 040811.The screen is just what i wanted and I am very pleased with it worth the wait.

With my order you stated that some of the items were obsolete. You suggested an alternative form your vast stock. These items not only fitted but were also cheaper. I received them in your started time frame. Thank you.
