Would use this company again. Answered queries same day. Contacted about delays and kept up to date with delivery.

Amazing range of spares and the only site I could find that had the item I needed in stock. Good service and prompt delivery. My only gripe was that the delivery charge seemed a bit heavy but if you need the part you pay the price. Thanks for your help
...Keith Hayter
I purchased a fixing set for an existing shower. I only needed 1 part which to replace a Brocken part. I paid for a large amount of parts that I do not need. The various parts should be available as individual parts.

Very prompt service...product as ordered....delivery date efficiently and correctly communicated.
...R Walden

This was unused though I had opened it to look at, but Mytub agreed to take it back with a 15% handling charge deduction if I packed it up in original packing. Very good of them, I thought. The equipment itself is German and as with many Vaillant controls the instructions are a somewhat opaque translation! However I shall master them!! I ordered spare parts for a gas fire. A problem arose with part of the order, but this was dealt with by the company and I will happily do business with them again. Thank you.
