Feedback
Excellent service. Ordered on Saturday arrived on Tuesday. Quality product. Had to pay extra delivery as not a stock item.
...Robert MacGregor
Excellent service. Order arrived right on time as indicated. Letting me know the day it would come was very helpful. As well as that, the lady in the office rang me up to check out my address as it wasnt clear. I certainly recommend MyTub and would use again M I MacMillan

I am very pleased with mytub, the sales process went well, apart from through no fault of their own that did not receive my order straightaway because I forgot to press the confirm button. I really like the facility of being able to pay by BACs and the goods were correctly delivered apart from through no fault of their own the carrier had a problem and the goods were a day late, but even then it was a quick service.
...Ian Duriez - Murtec ICD
Very helpful staff, good communication throughout. Would happily use again and recommend to others. Item arrived as expected. Many thanks for your great service.
...G Martin
Wonderful experience all around. Excellent communication, kept me uptodate on delivery timescales and progress. Could not have expected more from a little known company. Will come back again if need anything else.
...Aditya Gupta
Excellent service. Very fast responding to my email enquiries and order was very well packaged and delivered promptly. Will definitely be using mytub as often as we are able to for future orders.
...Jasmine Durrant - DBS-Projects
I ordered a boiler part fro my very old boiler and tried numerous places to get it, but had no joy, half expected as part is technically obsolete. So full marks to My tub, they managed to source and delivery part perfectly. Also kept me up to date with email messages when delays in orderdelivery, so very good service. So many thanks for delivering where others failed and for great service.
