Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff who kept me fully informed and the item was avalialble for collection as promised. Competitive price as well so a very good buying experience. Thanks, Mick Gordon.

Excellent service. I ordered a couple of toilet seats with lids(TIG1461WH) that were shown on your site as no longer available, however as I was still able to go into the site and place the order I hoped/assumed that the no longer avialable notation was incorrect. I had barely placed the order and received an automated email from you before one of your sales representatives, Laurie, was on the phone explaining the error of my ways and checking stock availablity on two alternatives and which he confirmed you had in stock and that he would subsequently arrange to be dispatched. Very impressive.
...John Godfrey
