Feedback
Order arrived on time as promised. Very helpful staff. Excellent service.
...D.A.Tomlinson
Competative price, timely delivery Customer service on a previous order also very friendly and helpful. Many thanks
...David West - Elco Building Services
Although my order was delayed, there was communication throughout. Customers do not get annoyed because a delivery has been delayed. Most people are reasonable enough to understand that things sometimes happen which are beyond the companys control. What customers find annoying is when the company cannot be bothered to keep them informed. I was fully informed on progress practically on a daily basis and the item was actually delivered 6 days earlier than estimated. I am happy and particularly impressed with the level of customer service.
...Miss Aigoro
Item delivered quickly. Good service, but delivery expensive to NIreland.
...James Morrison
Good fast service
...Paul Griffiths Arc Electrical
Happy with product - took a long time to arrive, but ok in the end
...Graham Dashfield
The Contessa Bath 1500 x 700 was delivered as promised ! The bath is installed and was exactly what I wanted. I am just a bit upset that I had to pay about £42.00 more than your advertised price for this item .
...Philip Riley
