Feedback
First time I have used yourselves but will definately use again much better than some of the suppliers I have used.
...Andrew Melton
Excellent personal service with regular communication. Really impressed by the trouble the team went to for my small order.
...carol barbero
Very easy to order from the website. Stock was confirmed by email within 5 minutes. Goods arrived 2 days later, as promised. Would use again, and would recommend to others.
...Anthony Johnson
review - product is excellent. Service...product chosen was out of stock, we were emailed a replacement which was very nice as it saved us having to search for one. However got stiffed paying an extra £9 for quicker delivery which never happened...so not remotely impressed about that!
...Cara Charlesworth
This order was a complete disaster. I originally ordered these coals to be delivered to my door, before I was then told I had to collect them from a warehouse. That warehouse turned out to be the Plumb Center who had not got the product I had ordered, but individually wrapped coals. I have no idea if I have been overcharged for the number of coals I actually received individually rather than the number of coals contained within the bag originally ordered.
...Stuart Page
I ordered the D-shaped shower rail from Mytub, and have to say I'm really pleased with the quality of the shower rail - and it looks great over our shower bath! The service we received was great (I'm sure I spoke to Christine on more than one occasion), and would have no problem recommending your company to my friends. Thanks again!
...Sarah
Outstanding service. Really needed the part for the following day and you guys were able to deliver! Excellent customer service from Sophie - checked to make sure the item was on the way and even called to see if i got it! Will recomend my tub and continue to use it too!
...Eddie Mc Goldrick
The price and service i received from MyTub was mostly very acceptable, the only concern was knowing a definite delivery date sooner and perhaps a slightly quicker delivery would have been good.
...John Pitts
Great Service. Particularly liked being kept in touch regarding delivery date
...Paul Hicking
I ordered from Finland on 30.12 and had it delivered to my door on 22.1. The shipment was 49 GBP. It was still cheaper then local price here, and I must say that customer support was most helpful within their possibilities. MyTub, get your international shipment deals better, you have great offer and great staff there, but I cannot recommend anyone from overseas to shop here.
