Feedback
Excellent service. Initially quoted as 7-10 day delivery, item delivered within3 days.
...Robin Cooper - Morgan Cooper Limited
Dear MyTub, Your sales team, particularly Jeannette who I spoke to today, is superb, but your website leaves or left - I see it has now been updated much to be desired. I ordered the most expensive of two heat poles and ended up being delivered the other one. I have had to pay a returns cost of £38.51 - which I think is unfair. It would be nice to have this refunded. John Hey
...John Hey
Arrived in good order exactly on time and as stated in the catalogue. Thank you.
...Greg Borgartz - Essex Wildlife Trust
Fantastic service, fast, friendly and very competitive, will definitely use again. Thank You!
...Callum B
Very satisfied. Supplier contacted me because part of the order was going to be available a day later than expected. Good communication.
...John Pearce
I ordered a boiler part fro my very old boiler and tried numerous places to get it, but had no joy, half expected as part is technically obsolete. So full marks to My tub, they managed to source and delivery part perfectly. Also kept me up to date with email messages when delays in orderdelivery, so very good service. So many thanks for delivering where others failed and for great service.
...MR STEVE TOMLIN
Totally 1st class thank you. If I ever need another boiler part you will be my first port of call THANKS AGAIN
...Rob Poulton
Your price was competitive but the item took longer to arrive than I would have expected. I suspect that it wasn't actually in stock and had to be sourced. Apart from that, no problems. Item fitted and all working well.
...Bob Cowell
Thanks Please note only three knobs fitted out of six sent Any help
...George Egesi
Delivered a day early, cheapest price on the internet.
