Feedback
Order arrived on the day stated. Good service.
...Andrew Smith
Product was exactly as described and dispatched speedily. Thanks
...Margaret McGlashan
Was rather disturbed initially that the order would be delayed some two weeks or so. It was not an issue for me at the time as I keep spares of this rather unreliable and fragile item. However, if I did have a faulty part, I would have had much inconvenience. Service itself was great. i was always kept in the loop about the order from MyTub who eventually delivered.
...Michael F Jones
couldnt find the product any where else at this good price, recieved items in perfect condition, delivery was as discribed, thank you
...arthur llewellyn jenkins
Excellent service, but I find it strange that I can order something from My Tub, 250 miles away, yet its actually delivered to me by a local plumbers Merchant, and at a better price than if I went to the plumbers merchants direct.
...Mr B R Goodliffe
I had a problem trying to find a replacement element for my old towel warmer, and Steve went to great lengths to try and find a solution for me. Unfortunately he couldnt resolve the issue, but he was extremely helpful and understanding and I thank him for that.
...Barbara Scott
Fast, efficient and value for money! Could not ask for more. All in all blooming marvellous
...Jody Roberts
Efficient service. When I called with a query regarding delivery I was provided with very helpful information by a pleasant member of staff.
...fiona atkinson
