Took some time to get the product but this turned out not to be the fault of My Tub. This item is now out of manufacture but they still managed to find one so well done My Tub. Once it was located and in stock they gave me a delivery date and kept to it. No complaints on any level of system, product or service. Walter Anderson

Bit of a muddle on delivery which meant I stayed in for best part of a day but 3rd time lucky. Advice to others: always check first thing if item on the van on deliivery day. Otherwise the product and service were excellent. ------------- ------------------------- ------------------------- --------------- Good evening, I am sorry about the delivery mix up. I am also sorry we did not apologize at the time. Regards MyTub

Order took a couple of weeks to get, but it arrived on the original estimated delivery date as promised. Considering that these parts are no longer manufactured this was incredible, communication was excellent. So I have no complaints and would certainly use more often
