Feedback
Item arrived quickly and was as described. Good service.
...Kirk Dranfield
product great but delievry driver did not have message to delievr to neighbour. I only received it due to teh quick thinking of the neighbour who spotted the delivery van.
...David Caine
very good service. My order was dispatched speedily and delivered on time by a helpful courier. Product 1200 cotswold sliding shower door and frame is as described. Good quality at a good price especially with free delivery. My only slight negative is that mytub do not stock a matching shower tray to fit the shower door so have had to look elsewhere and arrange a seperate delivery.
...James Bretherton
Very competitive on price and excellent customer service , and I got a manufacturers genuine spare so quality should not be compromised. Delivery was a day later than promised maybe its the Christmas rush, so be careful if your requirements are time-critical no point saving on cost of parts if delay costs far exceed materials savings.
...K Walker
Hi there Just one thing - I've ordered an OUTASIGHT shower screen, but your site didn't give me the opportunity to choose a colour, you could consider incorporating this. (I would like it in SILVER please, which I included in the notes box) Carri ------------- ------------------------- ------------- ---------------- Hello Thanks for that Carrianne, we have edited the site for the two products. Regards Steve Marshall ------------- ------------------------- ------------- --------------- Steve, thank you! My compliments on your excellent (and speedy) customer service. I work in customer research / feedback myself, and I'll certainly be quoting MyTub in the future as an excellent example of turning customer feedback into action! Cheers
...Carrianne Hall
Excellent service- thank you. I will be passing on your details to others.
...Lesley Bambridge
Excellent service ensured that I received my urgently required order the following day rather than after the Bank Holiday. Very satisfied.
...Reginald Harlow
Thanks for your help... I needed to contact Twyford for help with the "S" type toilet. Regards, Ralph Wood

The service I received from My Tub can only be described as 1st class. I dealt with Christine and she bent over backwards to help me. Ordering was painless and I received my order by 10 am the following day. The web page is both comprehensive and easy to navigate and if you don't see what you want a quick phone call will solve most problems. I will most certainly used My Tub again without hesitation. Thank you Christine and thank you My Tub.
...Anthony Mobbs
