Apex Heritage cast iron products are produced by the traditional sandcast method, in which the sand not only imparts the authentic cast iron texture and appearance but also allows for example pipe collars and ears to be cast in one piece with downpipes.
Alumasc combines traditional sand casting expertise with new methods wherever appropriate.
The company has perfected the welding of cast iron so that fittings or offsets to suit a particular situation can be specially fabricated where the alternative of making a pattern and casting would not be economic.
Alumasc holds master patterns for a wide range of gutter profiles, downpipes and accessories, which can be manufactured to order.

Feedback
I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. The waste kit page for WK0285 has a link to an Astracast pdf spec where I can see exactly which sinks come with a waste kit included, and for those that dont, the corresponding waste kit code to order. If that same pdf link was on the web page for SX0843SX sink that I ordered, then I would have worked this out and ordered the waste kit too. Or, as with other sites, it would be useful to have a related products link, as I cant imagine there are many people that want to buy a sink without its associated waste kit. Now although

Good initial customer service after placing my order online. I had duplicated an item on my initial order so customer services rang to alert me and amended the order to correct the required quantity. Lead in times were quite lengthy 4 weeks for my order so I had to ring MyTub on the day prior to the expected delivery date to get an update, delivery was then arranged for a date convenient for myself. very good service. My order was dispatched speedily and delivered on time by a helpful courier. Product 1200 cotswold sliding shower door and frame is as described. Good quality at a good price especially with free delivery. My only slight negative is that mytub do not stock a matching shower tray to fit the shower door so have had to look elsewhere and arrange a seperate delivery.
