Feedback
Very slow delivery on urgent parts. Staff were very quick to reply to emails about our concerns, but it still took a long time to receive the goods which were affecting our process.
...Whitby Seafoods Ltd
Excellent Customer Service and prompt delivery of an obsolete part which. mytub managed to locate. Thanks - boiler up and running again.
...Matt Clancy
Excellent service and excellent price - well done!
...Terrence Wheatcroft
Really good service. Delivered what was ordered. The only surprise, pleasant, was that it was delivered one day early!
...Alan Marriott
The parts for my Ideal Standard lavatory were delivered as promised. I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your delivery system. The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model. However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit. So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should never have failed in the first place
...Andre Botherway
MyTubs service was exceptional! The gentleman went out of his way to help me with my rather obscure request. In fact, he took it on as a personal quest, going off to investigate, calling me back and showing a genuine interest in solving my problem. My only negative comment would be that the website or the part that I was searching could do with more photographs.

Whilst I was dismayed that the item I want to buy was offered for sale but not available at all, the assistant Steven was very helpful.
...Nicholas Warner
Good price and very good service quick delivery
...Steven parvin
I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY ORDER AND WOULD USE YOU AGAIN
...Joyce Farrington
You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Perhaps for trade only All in all great service and would use you again
...John Greig
