Tuesday I received the parcel. I would like to thank you for the service.The CD with the software for the Diagnostics for the Vaillant boiler Vrdialog 8102 is very out of date. Its the version 2.2. by 2006. On the internet can I find the version 2.5, but there are already the VrDIALOG 8102 version 2.8.0.3 but I cant download it. My computer works with windows 7 and this version works only with windows XP.
Christine, of you company, did provide the upgrade to version 2.8.0.3.

The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.
