Lori Smith Thanks for quick delivery - and conscientious messages to and fro regarding part out of stock. Here in the West of Scotland quick delivery times are few and far between - with delays and excuses normally the order of the day! All this is much appreciated and we will certainly use your company again in the future. Kind regards, Lori and Roger Craigard House Hotel Low Askomil Campbeltown Argyll PA28 6EP

i recently made an order with you it was ment to cost nothing foe postage and then i recived a phone call from a courier sercice called streamline and it ended up costing me an extra fifteen pound postage what is that all about . not impresed . ------------- ------------- ------------ Hello Mr Adamson I am sorry but you should have been informed of the charge just after your order came through so you could have made an informed desicion. We only deliver free to the main land and this charge would have been unavoideable. Sorry again for the way this took place I am investigating who this came about. Regards Steve Marshall

Ordered a Roca bath & legset using the website which was very easy to use. Received lots of email confirmation and delivery information which was excellent. Used the on-line chat to see if we could arrange an afternoon delivery which was immediatly responded too by Debs and delivery was arranged as requested all very promptly. Bath was delivered at 4pm the next day, which was spot on, by a very polite and courteous chap. Thank you My Tub - would definitely use you again and would defintely recommend to others. 5 Stars!
