Great service and great pricing. A pleasure to deal with, especially after suffering some truly abysmal service from a LoughboroughLeicester based bathroom supplier. I wouldnt hessiate to recommend them to others.

Very good service. Quick and efficient on the phone and went out of their way to help me out with a difficult situation. Delivery came within 24 hours of confirming the order. Many thanks.

I have recently received this order exactly on the day predicted - about 10 days after ordering, as warned.
It was a Vaillant VR61 mixer module. This communicates with the boiler eBUS and allows control of the domestic hot water valve at a high temp if required, and of TWO central heating zone valves. Order fulfilled quickly and it arrived well packaged delivered by courier. The matrix replaced the original which had developed some hairline cracking. The price was fair and my order was dealt with efficiently.

It all worked as it should have done, and I received the kit on 28 March, having placed the order on 21 March. That was quite satisfactory, but when I placed the order there was no information about delivery time, or availability.
I had to make a phone call to get this information, which I dont think I should have had to . Not quite as slick as some sites.
