Goods received very promptly. Contact by telephone was efficient and helpful. Only problem was trying to pay with credit card, only resolved by BACS payment. These comments apply to previous order last week too. Thank you.

I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)

Hi
We had a few problems with this order, it came a day late and there was only 50% of material. However this was due to your suppliers incorrect information. I look forward to the next time.
Regards
John Burgess.
