I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. The choice and fitting of this burner was non-trivial and I received entirely excellent advice on these matters from your sales team. Ive placed two orders with my tub now. On both occasions my tub delivered exactly what was ordered, for one of the best or the best prices available, and to the delivery date. They also seemed to take onboard instructions such as "please dont deliver during school run times".
Dont really know what more you could ask.

Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.

Thank you, I have now recieved the complete order, I was relieved that you did a price match after not confirming that your package was not originally complete, even after I specifically asked whether the condenser was included !
Both deliveries came before the delivery date causing my sick wife to get out of bed to let the delivery man dump the parcels just inside the door, she would not have been able to move them if there had been a fire.

While I was very impressed with the speed I received the first part I ordered, I actually ordered 2 of them & have yet to receive the second. The delivery note suggested that one was being delivered & one was on back order, but so far it hasnt turned up...
