MyTub have one of the best websites I have ever used. I can find almost anything I need without fuss and without rip off prices. On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. I ordered the D-shaped shower rail from Mytub, and have to say I'm really pleased with the quality of the shower rail - and it looks great over our shower bath!

I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. I was beginning to get a bit worried about whether everything would turn up in time. It did but I could have done without the stress!

Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake.
