I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH.

O.K. the order took just over a week to receive.
Please could someone advise me that what sort of period can you offer on guarantee
Does this part come from Ideal Standard or from third party
For example, there some changes on colour, its grey,and not white finish, from its exsiting and original part and the bar looks slimmer, and its down size on the actual blue float.

goods have been ordered direct from the manufactures (ideal) there code for the item is SV81767. Ideal have advised that system fittings have a 5 year warranty.

Required replacement aerators for Magiglo open basket gas fire. This company had them in stock at a reasonable price in comparison to other firms. Ordered and was impressed by the customer care with continually update e mails on progress of the order. Delivery was personally carried out by the company and not by courier or post office which meant that the delicate fragile aerators had not been thrown about in transit. Good to see that in this day and age that a company still had Customer care at heart.

Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. It was ordered and delivered within a 3 day period and was delivered in suitable packaging. The delivery driver was pleasent and professional. Like I said I could not fault any part of my order. I cannot fault the My Tub service and would recommend it to anyone. This is my second order and I was pleased with the way a slight hiccup was dealt with in regard to non-delivery at the confirmed date due to sickness at the delivery company. On querying the non-delivery through your portal, the issue was promptly pursued and a revised date given.
I feel perhaps the wording in the online catalogue could be a little clearer in regard to alternative andor compatible products e.g in regard to my last order Alcona toilet suite under AR1145, under notes you have AR1148 alternative with horizontal as opposed to bottom outlet , AR2342 compatible cistern, AR7815 compatible seat. That said, I did manage to order exactly what I wanted.
