Although, the unit was unavailable at the time, and the delay was a number of weeks, once informed of the scheduled date, the date was stuck to, and I dealt with well informed staff, and keen to "find out" rather than "fob off" attitude, and they were happy to help. Although there was a delay in your obtaining the items I ordered, I was kept advised of progress with the order and it was delivered on the day promised once you had sourced the components.
Perhaps when there is going to be such a delay in this case 16 October to 11 November it might be fairer not to collect payment until nearer the known delivery date.
